i love this bike
back in 1997 when i worked at Mototek Imports in Austin we had a couple of those bikes. at the time they were my favorite... had the weight and handling of a 250 2-stroker and the power of a CBR 600F2. we use to rip thru lime creek on them little bastards. in fact... we would go down to ski shores back when they had meet & greets down there to find guys with big bore bikes to pick on. they just couldnt understand how a 400RR just smoked their on a 900RR thru the twistys of lime creek.

hey Dreamer... you know they have a mini version of the RVF 750 right ? its called the NC30 & NC35 :

http://www.sportbikez.net/picture/30026/1993_honda_nc30

http://www.sportbikez.net/picture/22...a_nc30_vfr_400

i bought a used one back in 1997 and painted it to match Colin Edwards Castrol Honda WSBK. had it imported from the phillipines for $4800 and resold it for $8000 after i painted it. the NC30 & 35 are cooler, but the CBR 400RR had better performance these bikes are what they call "grey market" bikes here in the states. you can import them to the US for race purposes only, but we were able to dance around the red tape bullshit and get them registered as "street legal" bikes once they got here.

I see wheels, rotors, mirrors, exhaust, levers and grips, forks and tree all identical. If there were more pics I could probably pick out more things

they look identical, but they arent the exact same parts. the CBR 400RR shares alot of the same parts as the CB1. trust me. we built a hopped up one at our shop. we were getting 72hp out of it by the time we were done
