There are quite a few very friendly HPD officers on here, but very unlikely they will help you with that.

Get the M endorsement.

only 15 over? Take MSF, get your 'M' before 10 days are up... and take defensive driving. You may be able to get the no 'm' dismissed, but it's up to the judge. Get on it!

can you take def driving for speeding on a bike? sounds like you just learned the hard way why it's best to get a license and look out for cops

i was thinking the same thing.

you deserve the ticket. man up and take care of it by taking MSF and getting your license. then you'll never have to worry about getting a M endorsement ticket again.

My insurance company wouldn't write a policy without an 'M' endorsement. Just curious.

it's a substitute for your driving portion of the M test.

plus you learn how to not die, but that's just an added bonus.

If it were me ... I'd go take the MSF. It exempts you from the driving portion of the test. Then go back to the DMV and show them that you've already taken the test and the MSF. You might slide by with that.

As for the ticket. Judge might give you a break IF you show 'em that you've taken MSF, license, etc. No guarantees though. I always have the best luck when I go BEFORE my court date.

state farm will insure you but you have to show them evidence of having your M within 30 days of the policy start date.
