Yes it's rhino liner over the whole bike. That's what was on it when I bought it. Odd, I thought but I couldn't resist the bike for the condition, mods and price. It's funny cuz I think I get more lookers, comments and pictures taken of that thing than the nicest bikes at the track. The stuff crashes REAL well and doesn't weigh as much as you'd think.
