Sorry to hear about your get off.
Some tips for healing. (I've done this a few times)
For serious rash I ask the doctor for Silvadene, they use it on burn patients and it works well for rash as well.
Once the rash scabs over I buy some vitamin E capsules and take them 2 - 3 times a day, I also take a pin and puncture the capsule, and take some of the liquid vitamin E and rub it onto the scab, it speeds healing and reduce scarring.
If I have muscle aches then I take 3 Advil 3 times a day preferably with food even though I'm not sensitve to ibuprofen. It reduces the inflammation / swelling and help gets blood flow to the area.
If my rash is not too bad I buy some Epsom salts at Walgreens and take a bath in them, make it as hot as I can stand, twice a day is good.
Once again this will help with any bruising / swelling.
I hope you get to feeling better soon.

appreciate the advice patrick.. i've only got 1 section of rd rash. on my rightside of my stomach(jacket must have come up some). maybe a little later you can give me some advice on how to fix up my bike as well.
