do a little searching, you'll find some good postings. Headphones for helmets tend to not be the best. earplug headphones much better typically, and help save your hearing, if you don't overkill the music levels. I recommend riding with earplugs, you'd be suprised how much more pleasant your ride is. I barely can ride without them now.... mack's silcone silent ear, like putty, just push in the ear and you are good to go! Cheap at grocery stores.

I don't ever ride with the earphones...seems to distract me. But Candie used to fix hers inside her helmet where they did not actually have to be in her ears just imbedded in the pads of her helmet. That worked well for her.

I've used sony earbuds for the last couple years but they really start coming out after 30 minutes of riding or so, especially with my dirtbike helmet.

I just got these for $10 at Target and they seem much better for riding with music.
