You have an 03 600RR and you want an 04-05 as an upgrade?

There's bigger and better things in life, and thats why I ride Ninja's

03 and 04 were the same if im correct, and 05-06 wasnt much of an upgrade. if youre wanting to "upgrade" and it has to be a CBR, save up and get an 07.

Have patience, save the money and invest it in something you'd prefer over settling w something close to what you already have... I know its the harder road, but deals do come around and cash speaks volumes. Really, patience is key here...

I'll buy your 03 for 2 grand. Then you should have enough to get what you want.

Alrighty, Just i know the guys at the dealership are kinda screwy. Just to put my scorpion slip on on there. they were like oh yea you need a power commander and you need to get it hooked up and tuned and thatll be a grand total of 800. And I bought the slip on over the internet! all that for a slip on? I just dont want them giving me the run around.

Look up Motorcycles Unlimited. Better yet, PM Patrick. He may take a quick look for free.

You will pay more at a dealership. A bike dealer could offer you a payment structure if you must do it(do the cash...) and offer a warranty program as well. But ur still buying used, bikes that were inspected, and may pay a little more then a personal sale.

Motorcycles Unlimited will do a free look over on any bike you're interested in buying. And if you are looking into a used bike, assume automatically you need some work. I always pull all the fairings after a purchase and inspect everything to see where I stand. I don't like surprises. Then I do an oil change to check the internals.

well sooner or later if you want to remain fond of your bike you will need to understand it and fig out how it works, i been there before, buy a used bike and not really like it few months down the line because of repair issues, but all bikes need maintanace.
