which Cycle Gear

Wanted to go look at some gear today. I have been to the Cycle Gear on 45 South before. Are all of them about the same size? Looking for a jacket and gloves, is there a better place in town to look?

Not today, but tomorrow it's Motorcycles Unlimited for all your gear.

I go to Cycle Gear SW at 59 feeder near Gessner to see Albert when I go to Cycle Gear.

I work 12 hour days during a normal week. I am off today because of Labor Day. I was hoping to take advantage of it and go shopping for ME!

Kawasaki EX500 (on loan from a friend)

Want Husky 510SMR or KTM 690 SMC to continue the hooligan activity

Not trying to take business away from the locals, I support Motorcycles Unlimited, great business, however for gear purchases, I'd really recommend online. I use motorcyclesuperstore.com, revzilla.com (good service!), etc.... I purchased some Revi't brand mesh gear which is really impressively top of the line quality. I also got the back protector from them (everyone should wear one! not that hot and MUCH needed protection!).

Really shop around online, just do your research on sizing decently, and you consult with the sales staff and you shouldn't have much of an issue. I had the revit jacket straps tightened by a local tailer for 40 bucks (i'm lanky with long arms) and its perfect!

Really look online! Once you do a little research you'll end up getting better gear for the dollar! Its suprising how much time we bikers waste on reviews.... :-)

oh... also did i mention better prices? can save easy over $5+ an item, sometimes much more, and if you buy over $75 in one order typically you can get free shipping as well.... best luck!

Haven't been to the 59 store. But I know the store up on 45 north side is WAY bigger than the 45 south store.

just fyi...i buy CG for one reason. They will back up their product. If there is a problem with it (other than you wrecking in it) they will replace it no questions asked. I wore a leather jacket for 6 months almost every single day riding to and from work then on weekend rides and the zipper started having issues. Took it in they gave me a brand new replacement, no questions asked.

some cycle gear stores hove things the others do not. 59 stores seems to have more of a selection than the 45 s. store.
