I ride a Gixxer Sixxer and I'm about 6'2" 250.

The liter bikes are getting much smaller, and the ergos are not what they used to be as a difference. Jeff Grant's 08 ZX10 looks tiny.

The weight and size of the liter bikes is comparable to the 600s these days.

To be honest, even on the older liter bikes, folks "our" size look big on the bike. Stick with the bike you like best, don't worry about what other folks think.

Sounds good to me. I like my six.

I'll just tell the wife to shut it.

See that's the thing, plenty of other riders have seen me on the bike and have never said anything about it. I think my wife doesnt know what she is talking about.

i am 6'1" and pushing 200#. i ride a ZX6R and think it is fine. i had folks tell me to go bigger because of my size, but then i compared specs on the bikes, they are virtually the same.

stick with what you like.

I'm 6'-01" / 190 lbs.... I like my 636..... the only time I feel too tall for my bike is at 100+ and I'm trying to hide behind the windshield..... it's pretty uncomfortable..... the DB windshield did help a little.

+1 ... I am about 6'2", 240 lbs, and I feel right at home on my ZX6R. I don't feel like a monkey humping a football like on the 250... and I feel like I'm in control of the bike, rather than it controlling ME!

Getting fast and tucking, the bike wants to put my head down lower than I'd prefer for high-speed riding, but scooting back on the seat fixes a lot of that. I'm not gonna get a 1000 just so I can pose good! :P The ZX6 is plenty fast and comfortable for me!!

Anyone ride a ZX-14 daily? I figured they would be tough to herd around every day.

dunno what you are talking about my 08 1000RR is smaller size wise then the 600rr and the egro's make you lean even more forward.

I have the 07 600RR sitting in the garage right next to the 08 so it's easy to compare
