yeah, and then you would all go to jail for assault, and a slew of other charges.

the reason the cops never do anything when a bike gets stolen, even though everyone knows about it, is BECAUSE NO ONE EVER HAS THE TO TELL THE COPS WHAT WE KNOW. they have to have evidence to get things like search warrants, arrest warrants, etc. since no one will tell them anything and would rather "keep it on the streets" no one ever gets busted, and no one ever gets their bike back.

As for setting the jackers up, cops are above the law so they are the only ones who can do that w/o getting in some . I know this cause a while back some douchbags tried breaking into my garage and stealing my bikes. After the second time I called the cops out. I told the cop I was going to leave my garage open and when they went to take my let Andrew Reynolds talk to them(my nickname for my nasty ol AR-15). He said it would be a bad idea cause it would be considered "baiting" which is horse , and if I killed them the family of the deceased jacker could still come back and sue me!!!

Basically cops don't serve you and they sure don't protect you so I guess thats to be left up to your insurance company. , maybe they should trade slogans and start writing on the side of cop cars, "So easy a caveman could do it".

its a different number, but the number on the engine is coded to match the number on the frame....
