Got my bike painted..

a month ago, and now it's already wrecked.

http://s115.photobucket.com/albums/n316/seratt/wreck/

Some lady was cutting across parking lot lanes today, pulled out right in front of me past a parked truck. Didn't even have time to hit my brakes. Luckily I ran into the side of her, and not her over me, and I was only doing about 10 or 15mph.

Sucks!

Still have a headache and a few hematomas on my arms and what not. Went to the ER and cat scan checks out ok. Just a little dizzy and have a bad headache.

Yea, she was definately at fault. I got the witnesses info who all saw it.

The cop that came out is a long time friend of the family, so I'll pick up the police report tomorrow. He got her insurance and all her info, so I'll get that then also.

He said he couldn't write a citation because it was on private property, but she also admitted to him she was at fault and we explained what happened.

good thing you were wearing a helmet... those scuffs could have been on your face.

The only time I don't wear a helmet is when I test drive the bike around the neighborhood. I'm gonna start wearing it even then from now on.

EQ player on motohouston? Oh man. Didn't play on Rathe did you?

I'd be up for Friday man, but Friday night is Toadies concert in Houston. I'm sure I'll get my mind off of it there. Awesome band.

Oh yea, that gnome. I sac'd it. We got petitioned for that. Long story short, the guy kept the ee's we got from all that, and the gm 100% res'd him. We did it again the next night.

Dante: Yea man, that was Fulanito's bike. Sucks. I've only had her about 2 months or so. Just got her back about a month ago and this.

Dizzy: Not sure where 1130 is, but I usually just commute here lately. I'll have my ugly little cbr roadworthy again next week hopefully. I'll hit you up then.

Btw Rojer, do you know Seyton or Kainzo by chance? (From EQ Rathe)

I know they used to know a Rojer that they used to play with a lot. Just curious. (Both my cousins btw)
