I got it but my fingers look like a guy punching his clown for about a week non-stop! I always spray 40 in it when thinking about it before washing the bike, I just don't know how it got this bad that it took me about a hour to get it unstuck and my fingers hurt from turning it over and over and over!
Anyways thanks for all the HELP and for those laughing what comes around goes around Stacy, Cashtown (locktite)
Its all fun and games til you cant get your key out!

A lithium grease coated on the key and shoved into the tumbler helps. My bikes stay outside uncovered. Reaks havoc on oxidizing the aluminium but Im not worried about appearances.
