You know what?

My buddy had this exact same problem on his zx14.

ran out of gas, went to fill up and his bike didnt start up.

turned out to be a bad PCIII

Its the ignition coil, wire was cut...man I changed every plug, remapped power commander changed fuel filter the who nine yards...but the beast is back
