We have three that ride so we park within the auto gate just outside the shop where our techs pull cars inside/out. Better people you work with vs others that dont know how to drive.

i work at a bike dealer and pretty much everyone parks in the service area with their bikes. I think we have 6-8 people who ride regularly. I am nervous though since they have had situations where stuff gets hit or knocked down. matter of fact my truck got hit today by a trailer out front. i do think that parking all the bikes together is a better idea though...

What are some reasons to have motorcycle parking @ work

Tell him its a safety issues every time he gets on the elevator with you but you don't make him take the stairs, so he can at least give you this.

, I think EVERYWHERE should have bike parking...
, when I go to Wal-Mart or something, I park my shiffs right by the entrance where the security guard is parked. Places have the space for MC parking... we need to have EVERYONE see this thread.

You should tell your company that by giving you parking and ENCOURAGING people to ride motorcycles, because it's better for our environment. You're lessening your carbon footprint- being a large corporation they should appreciate everybody doing their small part.

I know it's gay, but it's worth including.

The best argument I've heard for designated MC parking is that 4 bikes can fit in the space of 1 pickup truck. By parking separately you make more parking spaces available for 300 lb cagers. I always park away from my jumbo sized co-workers. They have to swing their doors open so far to wiggle in you can almost bet they hit whatever is next to them.

Seriously...your talking about a chemical plant, doubt they are too worried about their carbon footprint.
