^ +1, they are a lil expensive at best buy, but very comfy inside a helmet, as long as the cords don't start pulling on them in the wind

I take off the neckband and cut a spot in the earfoam to glue the headohones into. I wrap the cord back and forth between the shell and the liner and epoxy the plug in place at the bottom of the helmet. I use a headphone extesion cable to plug inot that way i can unplug it to talk to someone insead of having to find the volume control.

i think these are the ones i have
http://www.skullcandy.com/shop/smokinbuds-p-10.html
they are pretty great, i dont have them fall out when i put my helmet on as long as i grab the helmet staps and make sure they dont snag on my ears.
they are good with wind noise, too. i dont get much outside noise, can clearly hear approaching cars, any kind of emergency vehicle, and the music is clear.
i think i paid something like 19 bucks for mine. the only complaint i have is that the cord is rubbery and doesnt slide across things very easily. if i dont have enough cord pulled out my jacket, the earbuds will pull out if i look around.

Use "Koss" brand from Radio shack for $20.00! They are the kind you roll up like an ear plug, then they expand in your ear, once inserted!

They work great, plus has a in-line mute button, for when you are @ red lights & need to talk to fellow riders!
