Just the 05-06's from what I've seen(or read about actually) Haven't seen anyone on kawiforums with a messed up 03-04. A good amount of the 05's develop a problem, a just a handful of 06's. Thankfully mine is still going perfectly strong after 22k, and so are my friends 636's. . . . except for Duuuudes 05.

I remember you saying you had a problem with a 636 that you raced. I think kawasaki realized they fkd up around late 05 and made some kind of change.

I'm partial to the Honda CBR600 RR. It's a wonderful bike.

Also I'd rock an R6. But I just can't stand that "Yamaha tick."

I think ANY of the bike's listed will really impress you with their power and acceleration, and I assume that's all you're looking for...not to run 1:40's at MSRH! (right away for that matter)
So do like everyone said, and sit on as many as possible...make a decision from there. No body is gonna bash you on your choice for your first ss bike. well maybe a lil friendly bashing...

Can't go wrong with Honda or Suzuki. Hondas are ultra durable, you can drop it fer days and it'll keep running, its a very forgivable bike. And Suzukis aren't so forgiving but have an edge with performance. But yamahas are cheap...
