Tim's (pigpen) Memorial Installed Today

Today a few of us MH and other forum members rode with Tim's family(mother and sister and a few others) (Jim, his wife, daughter, son in law and kids and a few others) to the location where Tim went to be home with his Savior.

We all met in Waller and 5 of us rode bikes and there were 3 car fulls of family and friends following. We rode a casual pace to the spot which we now call "Tim's Corner"

Jim and another close friend of Tim's dug the hole and placed a beautiful cross inside the property line so that the county mowers and workers would not damage it. Thanks to the landowner for allowing his memorial to be placed inside the fence.

We all gathered around and said a little prayer. It was a moving experience for all of us. I feel so bad for his sister and especially his mother. Parents are not supposed to bury thier kids.

Afterwards we went to Yankees and had lunch and fellowship. Then Tim's sister geared up and I took here for a ride down 3090. She had a blast!

Tims family really loves the motorcycle community and his sister was even talkin about getting a bike and taking MSF. I think Tim's mom even mentioned it too!!!!!! What a beautiful family. I was HONORED to be there.

The next time any of you ride down 3090, you should stop and say a little prayer for Tim's family, specifically his Mother, Father and Sister.

What an extraordinary group of people they are.

Bless them all.

On the ride yesterday we slowed down at that spot and I crossed myself in remembrance of tim.....I'm glad you all made a more permanent structure in his name, I'm sorry I missed it, but I'm suffering a lack of transportation at the moment.....

Unfutunately, I started hanging out on MH the week of the accident, so I never had the priveledge of meeting Tim. I met Tims family the weekend after the accident at Yankees. They are wonderful people and I say a little prayer for them every time I pass "Tims Corner". It was good to see them again at Yankees today.

Props to you guys that put up the cross.

The VERY least I could do is be there. And would do it for anyone I rode with. It was an absolute honor to be there.
