Personally, I say go for it. That is what makes a ride fun. Dirt or not, I have ridden dirt roads on my streetbike more than once. Sometimes you got to do what you gotta do. Some of that clay road grips better than asphalt.

I would but
i have been told never to go on a new route alone because u never know what can happen and forbids if anything does happen there wont be anyone there to call for help

Just print out your planned route, and give it someone you know, and tell them you'll check in every hour or so.

Try to stick to the yellow streets on google maps. The white ones are usually neighborhood streets or small roads not worthy of a sport bike, even if they look good on the map.

Can someone tell me how the heck you're planning out routes on Google? I can do it on my GPS map planner but I can't figure out how to do it on Google.
