CCS Barber Thanks

Thank you so much for your help and support:

Complete Mobile Fleet Repair Fred Alley
Sunny Motorsports Sunny

Wow! Barber is the nicest track I've been to. At Barber the motorcycles rule. Everything there is first class all the way. So nice to be at a track that caters to bikes.
My best result was a 3rd in Unlimited Supersport. Looking forward to my next race there when I'll know the track a little better.

Told you you would like it. Its awesome. Why can't some rich dude here build a track and facitlity like that? I mean we have to have more money in Texas than Alabama.

If you are trackdayer, you have to make a pilgrimage to Barber.

Thanks guys. 39 flat was my best. Being girded at the back in all races it was hard for me to get to the front. I got the 3rd because of a red flag and they regrided us by our position in the race for the restart.
The top novs were running 34s and 35s. A 34 would qualify you at the back of the field in the last AMA supersport race there.

GJ Allen you looked better as you got more seat time there. It for sure was a tough track to jump on and go fast.

Congrats Allan, sorry I missed this one. Look forward to rocking with you at Cresson, if you sprint I'll be in your classes... I'm doing mini endurance, big bike endurance, and seven sprints lol! See you there.

sums up what I've explained to my fiance every week when I make her watch the races I've Tivo'd...I'm fast(faster than most, slower than some)...45's at MRSH...you're amazingly fast, 1:38s at MSRH (jesus f-n christ)...and you're 4 secs slower than the back of the field...whole 'nother level for pro riders...

No, I think most of that is local riders, kinda like when the CMRA guys that have never seen MSRH came out and raced there. The "local" riders really mopped up. Same thing, just reversed. Allan didn't get any slower, he just hasn't done 10,000 laps around Barber. He is plenty capable of running the times, it just takes laps to get there.

BT003's delivered today! You are the man! can't wait to ride!

Good point on the local rider thing...the next level of speed is just hard for me to comprehend. I feel like I couldn't brake any later or get on the gas any sooner...but I've been passed by Allan while he did both...

Just wait until you get out there during a race. The difference between "trackdays fast" and "racing fast" (even at the novice level) is like the difference between "fast on the street" and "fast at the trackday"
