i was completely chicken strips actually referred to the unused region of a bike's tire. I always thought it was the flattened center region of the tire resulting from commuting... since it forms kind of a strip around the circumference of the tire.

look at the edge of you tire, there should be some kind of character on the outer most 1/4" of tread. the figure is different as per brand.

My michelin men lost their heads a few months ago.

I've heard the best way to really learn how to ride your motorcycle tim, is to get out to a track day. you'll for sure be able to get rid of your chicken strips at a trackday. there's plenty of great organizations that are sponsors on this board! try lonestar trackdays or ridesmart!

Once I figure out how to get these muffler bearings in, and my flux capacitor flowing, I'll work on those chicken strips!
