no where to strech?!?!

So basically i have a 2004 660r raptor. i live in the SW area and i really don't know where i can let her rip. I've tried crystal beach but cops said if i turn her on they'd give me a ticket. So where can I stretch her legs?

take it to the national forest. They have miles of trails there, or for a great place that is much closer, you should take it to Pelican Island (where the sub is @ Galveston). There are lots of trails there with some wicked jumps.

Also 3 Pines as I think they have a quad track. The Spring Creek park is another place for trails and I know of some people who go out there to drag race their quads, but I don't know much else about it.

The forest is a super sick place to ride, maybe not so much for the speed factor but for sick trails, i see a bunch of raptor like 4wheelers but more bikes.
fun though.
just my 2cents

Go to pelican island it's perfect for sport quads, I used to ride there & never been hassled even when seen by galveston pd etc... Skip shnf you wont get that thing outa first gear in the woods.

there is spring creek offroad park of 45 by splashtown, and then theres general sams offroad in huntsville. general sams is huge and if you go there its best to camp over night, spring creek is much closer but you really gotta watch out for drunk idiots there and huge monster trucks that will run you over

Yeah, San Louis pass is a good place as long as youre taking it easy. there are peeps around that will complain if you're being too crazy. definitely some trails down there. as said before, stay out of the dunes!
