, sounds like you got hit by a train babe... i just wanted her to get into lifting cause she has amazing genetics for it, but she is only 16, so lifting heavy at that age can have its way on a growing body.

lol, i eat every 3 hours, and i have about 50lbs of steam fresh bags in the freezer... it just makes it easy to cook up my meals throughout the day... even though it usually tastes like a$$. that last meal actually wasnt too bad. im about to start a keto diet in a couple weeks, so that will be interesting when im lifting with no carbs.
