I didn't remember disconnecting mine either but sure enough I did somehow. Mine was under the tank mount bracket. It was kinda hard to spot at first. I hope that helps. If its not that then I have NO idea what to tell ya

How'd all this start? You just pulled the tank - put it back and now nothing, or you've had the whole bike in pieces? Most bikes I've worked on the tipover sensor is in the front fairing in the center - I'll see if I can figure out where yours is, meanwhile let me know what all you have done since it was running.

There is also a fuel pump relay - if it is unplugged - the pump will NOT work.
Stilll need to know what all you have had apat or worked on.

i had all of the body work off for paint, tank included. i disconected the tank pulled the pump. don't recall any unplugged connectors. anywhere.

not sure where the pump relay is, "my" test light proved nothing when testing the f/p connector.

see the diagram at the fuel pump? this is something you can do tonight.

no tank needed... check the power/ground by connecting your bulb to the circuit at the three wire connector... G and Br (one goes to G for grey and another to Br for brown im assuming.) If the light lights up, ur pump is bad. If not, put the ground(G) to the battery ground and recheck(cycle ignition again; this checked the power source, not the whole circuit.)

if there isn't power, work backwards, trace BR back to the cutoff relays.

this is the plug that connects to the pump
158600m

these are the only other 2 plugs under there, nothing else is not plugged, i've checked evry connection and they are all good.
33zfbzq

after that, everything under the hood is connected.

Matt, i did the test' above, no light at any time at any connection combination.

Alrighty... DVOM time...

on my gsxrs it will not crank without the tip, clutch, neutral or stand switch and start/stop in the right locations; I ruled out those as a possible situation but maybe if there is another w an 06gsxr6 that can verify?

Follow the wires back from the relays and start checks.... you should be able to trace them back to fuses. There is an obvious power problem for the fuel pump, whether a blown fuse or ECU not commanding operation.

Ironically, they are right above; I posted this diagram for the other thread and they had a bad ignition too... Dont forget fuses...

03f4iwiringhelpMH

BL/W is your power supply coming out of one relay and into the next, that eventually powers the fuel pump. Check for power here and then on the other side of the start/stop relay(R/W). This should be done backprobing the relay connection, but not necessary on the start/stop relay but required to do on the fuel cut off relay since there wont be power from the start/stop if its disconnected.
