Dirtbike trails near Katy,TX

looking to buy dirtbike but live in Katy and can't find anywhere close to ride? Huntsville, etc. 1.5hr away... anything in Columbus? I know there was an Enduro race there (somewhere Brune Mill) anyone live near Katy and ride off-road? so much land out west, yet nowhere to ride

There's a motocross track off of 59 south, down by needville.

You you want to have some real fun... make a day of it, and take a drive out to Cherokee Cycle Park, well worth the drive in my opinion.

you can also ride in an area I've heard called "the cliffs" you have to park in Rain Tree Village.

there's an old quarry or something back there full of water. I rode an ATV back there a few years ago, haven't been back since

there is spring creek offroad by splashtown, it is the closes place. i live in katy i got some trails behind my house, not a whole bunch but enough to have some fun on what kind of dirtbike you got? my freind has a lot of land in waller not to fare we go out there and ride, were always down for new riders to come

Spring creek offroad would be your best bet for trails. near hardy and louetta. just dont go when or after it is wet outside. gets very muddy

i live in katy and 4x4 its a big nono to go back there inmy jeep club anyways so is the cliffs my buddy was back there and they were pulling 48 cars from the water and the cops told them they would impound anymore cars that drive back there

the pulled 48 cars away??like they towed them???or they found em in tha water??ive been to tha cliffs just to swim so i duno about tha 4 wheelrs an but its a cool place
