Fat guy buyin a bike questions....

im trying to decide between these 2 bikes... let me tell yall lil bout myself. first off im a ... i weigh almost 280lbs. ive only had one street bike, and that was a '93 gsxr750, had an gay extended swingarm, and could never lift the front end up on it... n e ways....
the 2 bikes are : 1. '98 gsxr750 srad pretty much stock. 2. '01 zx-11d stock.
which is a more reliable bike? which one would you buy if you were a fat ? how heavy is the zx-11d? it looks like a big sumbitch... but i might like that more... as long as i can wheelie on it... and id basicly like yall opinions on the 2 different bikes...
