If I am not mistaken city laws can always be stricter than state, just not more liberal. And state can be stricter than fed just not more liberal.

As least this is how is works with environmental laws.

Yes sir, City Ord. can add to State Law, but can not take away from. I'll try to locate it soon as I have the time and post it up for yall! Not sure if the case Officer wants names released just yet, soon as the investigation is over more info will follow.

Wearing a helmet is better than nothing, but you have to realize when you ride a motorcycle you simply have no protection in a crash. The #1 killer of riders involved in crashes are fixed objects like guardrails, trees, poles, etc.

Amen to that. But on even a minor fall, it can keep you alive where a solid noggin-knock on a curb could be devastating. One of my bicycle customers died falling at 10 mph...

WOW... Kid is pulling out of it!

Medics said he was as good as dead when he got on the helicptor. Seeing the aftermath and the injuries, I had no reason to disagree...

What is it they say about drunks always surviving?

I work for pasadena honda and i go over new bikes with customers and I cant figure out why people would spend thousands of dollars on a new bike but will not spend $250 on a safty course...
