New mod! :)

Well not really new.. but picked it up friday and had it installed at Motorcycles Unlimited. i got a yoyodine quick turn throttle for my 636 and i must say this is prob one of my favorite mods!

i havnt been able to get away and go on a long ride, but i took it around town and beat on it a little and wow!

not much difference off the line (cause you can control that with the clutch and what not) but if im in the power band of id say 5k-redline, this thing really comes in handy! if i want to get up and go out of a coner there is no lag or wait time adjusting my wrist to go all the way WOT it just snaps too and im gone (well for a 600 lol)

it also makes holding the throttle through a turn a little easier because the pull force back on the throttle is a little stiffer (takes more force to twist the throttle) over all im very happy with it and cant wait to see how it works for me on a long ride/track

Really? I heard about these mods for track so you don't have to remove your first two fingers from the brake as much, but on a larger-engine bike I would think it would be way too much.
