Top-End Noise?

03 GSX-R, almost a knocking noise at low RPM, at idle, especially when cold. After it warms up or any throttle at all it goes completely away. It's not valve noise for sure. I suspect timing chain noise. I replaced a the factory tensioner when I did the head a while back with one that only had about 2500 miles on it. Also Ive tried 20w-50 and 10w-30 oil and doesn't make much of a change if any. Is there any way to adjust the factory tensioner? How about a manual tensioner? If so what happens to the oil line? Any other Ideas?

Sounds like it could be the CCT.
We keep the manual ones in stock.
As far as the line, you just plug the hole in the block, if you get the cct from us I'll give you the correct length bolt.

However it may not be the cct.
If you get a chance, bring the bike by and I'll give it a listen, no charge.
