Help! Engine light.

So I was getting my bike ready for the track tomorrow. Pulled mirrors, unplugged headlight, disconnected tail lights, pulled fuses for auxillary lights and turn signals. Went to start the bike and the dash lit up but was blank. Starter wouldn't work. Put the fuse for the turn signals back in and the dash came on and the bike started.

Now my engine light is on. What's up with that? I have the battery disconnected to see if it will reset. What did I do?

Ask Patrick. I think he is on right now.

You're fine.
Triumph's self diagnosis program detected no voltage to the instrument panel as a fault and triggered the light.
The system will reset itself after 30 restarts with no fault.
Have a good time tomorrow!

I disconnected the head light and tail light. The turn signals and the the white running lights were still functional.
