Just got off the phone with my friend Gregg; it was them.

First off, they weren't stunting at the time. He said they were doing maybe 70, waiting on the rest of the crowd to catch up, and a car changed lanes into him. He swerved to miss and hit the front brake and low sided, and his girlfriend Julie got run over by another bike.

"okay, Julie has collapsed lung, couple fractured ribs and now some bleading on the brain. She is at Ben Taub."

They both had gear on, and have a little rash; he is sore but otherwise fine but understandably worried about her.

They both just took MSF last weekend before you ask

As soon as I get more info I will post it, but please keep them in your thoughts; he is feeling real bad right now. My wife is going over there later today.

Not sure but probably continued on not even knowing it happened. One more reason why I don't like riding in town late night.

Thanks....

I think he is done with the late night crowd now.. this is the second time he has gone down because of a car coming in his lane, y'all may remember last year he dumped his ZX-10.

If you run with the Starbucks crowd, you've probably seen or met him... he is either riding the ratty yellow gixxer6 with a smashed flat tank, or a crazy airbrushed gixxer1k, or a purple ZX10 that Rodio used to own.

Gregg goes by Nitro. Used to have a pony tail but is now shaved clean.

going out to pp1 and that area of town at night is a pain in the . I did it twice and just never felt comfortable doing it. Now mind you I have been riding for well over a decade and have no problem with night riding but something about that part of town is un-nerving.
