Check out this site.

I've founds some helpfull stuff on here.

i have taken AST VP2 Whey isolate protein powder for the last two months and seen my arms grow about a inch. i have bad genes when it comes to building muscle but its finally starting to show. ive been working out on/off for about 8 years and just started taking protein shakes and it works.

the muscle recovers alot faster and that allows you to lift more. i eat alot more too and havent gained any fat although i added about 7 more pounds in two months.

i also went to that bodybuilding site and bought a few MMF magazines and that helped me understand the body is a science and if you want to grow you have to feed it at certain times and certain things.

If I come across as acting like roids are something to play around with , Let me rephrase . You run a risk of getting , you can develop them and not notice until you get out of shape, where they become more pronounced , then when you drop weight again you may need surgery to rid them.

Very embarrassing and a dumb thing to do to yourself. A bad mistake can screw you up for a long time. Not to mention the surgery will buy ya a used r6 :BangHead:

I started taking Whey protien, and my arms and chest showed noticable gains in just about one week. I stopped because i'm trying to cut right now. Then I'll start up again in about 4 weeks.

Eating the right way is important.
eat breakfast! *
eat a snack about 2 or 3 hours later (yogurt, granola, fruit cup)
lunch
snack about 2 or 3 hours later
diner

no fried foods and only wheat bread.
