I can recap my day in one word, "SORE".

I feel like an eighty-year old with a bad case of arthritis

At least I got my smoothness back...I was wondering what had happened to it! Now to get the speed again I may still need one more noob day...
Excellent! I'm sore as He!! too. It's like I must never use my quads at all during my daily life. But I certainly found new painful mucles after the LMS trackday.

The little muscles that were "twitching" before lunch were downright SCREAMING today!

I'm sore too! I've been training for a half marathon coming this Nov. I must admit this is as sore as I have been..... from noob track day?????, and I've ran many miles thus far. Just a new muscle group working, I guess. Much respect to those who do this every weekend! However, more fun than running!!!!!

Thanks to all the group of instructors and organizers... I had a blast. It was a really hot day but sticky as well. It was really worst it to spend all the day under the sun in exchange of a great track day.
Buck, thanks for putting this event together... Alonzo, for the tips some of the turn... Ricky, for showing how fas is fast... and special thanks to Tony, for taking the time to share his knowledge on body position, you really pointed me out on the right direction... and to the rest of the instructors for helping us to get through the day...
Now to regular days... woohoo
