There are hundreds of things people do a day that can get you thrown in jail... its all about if we want YOU to be put in jail... we can't mess with everyone nor does everyone deserve to be messed with... there are lots of good people out there that just don't know better... but the story changes if you are a POS and think you are untouchable... Well they are not...

I forgot the cop drama tv show I saw it on, but it was back int he 90's..


anyhow, a cop wrote a guy a ticket for picking his nose while driving...reason? He lifted his hand off the steering wheel to do so. lol

This will probably get me flamed, but the word is "reckless." So no, you cannot be thrown in jail for "wreckless" driving but you will get tossed from the spelling bee. Thinking about it, don't we all want "wreckless" driving and riding.

actually, you're not being placed in jail. you're being "instantered" because, for whatever reason, the cop thinks you violation coupled with reason "X" means you may not show up for court and you are taked directly to the local magistrate for your explanation. you may be released then on a bond, to appear later in court.
it's called a pop charge; " off police". and it happens every day somewhere.
