Cycle Gear probably has all the mirrors, grips, and bar ends you need, and there's one just south of Hobby on 45. I used to live on the next street north, but can't remember what it is.

A new air filter may come with the airbox seal, or you could fill the groove with RTV, lay a piece of saran wrap over it, and close up the box overnight to form a seal.

If you have the dimensions of the washer, and it's not something that can be found at a hardware store, let me know and I'll make some for ya.
