When you race there is no such thing as "iffy" passing, its racing and as long as you get around em its there problem after that.

His GP career is prob gonna be short lived, he wrecks outta more races than he finishes. And I really dont think he has the credentials to be in moto gp anyway dont even start the he was a 250 gp champ guy thats bs compared to motogp.

Huge props to Greg White and Kevin Schwantz for not mentioning Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Good on them!

Oh! By the way, did anyone see that TOM CRUISE was there?

Maybe I'll mention that 6 times or so just incase someone missed out on it and didn't see his face at center camera about 8 times as well.

Yep, when I saw them the frst time, it was very brief and I thought maybe we can get through the broadcast w/o them again. Then, they kept showing them and I thought it was brilliant that Schwantz & White pretended like they weren't even there. Didn't even dignify them w/ a response.

Great race! I think we've all been waiting for that one, and lucky for us, Americans had front row seats! The only thing that was missing was Pedrosa, making it a three way race........ I didn't like seeing all the Americans that far back, except for Hayden. But if that's what I have to accept in order to watch the worlds two best riders go at it the entire race........I'll take it. Awesome race!

Stoner is a wussy...fast but a wussy. That was crappy not to shake rossi's hand. Rossi is king of motogp both in skill and character. That was the best race ever usually they are a snooze fests compared to other racing.

As far as Lorenzo, the dude is fast he has crashed some but to think he is not motogp material is totally wrong. He is totally faster than spies.

he may be faster than spies but, how often does spies crash??

as far as the passing, stoner is just crying, it was give and take on both parts. Rossi is paid $30 million dollars a year to win races, that means what ever it takes get on the top step, IMO.

I don't think he is a wussy, he just didn't expect Rossi the NURSE to pass him that way. He will be ready next time. Why he wasn't ready for that if this is racing, because some weeks ago they reprimended JT for aggressive passing and told him this is not WSBK style, i doubt they will say that to the NURSE, so props to the nurse and we will get him next races.

...agree - Stoner got his marsupial sack smacked.

This was the best gp race I have seen in a while now. I really hope they will take this attitude and continue the battle in August (which btw is broadcasted by CBS too).

I know, I've raced before. As Alrova mentioned, they slapped JT's hand for rough passing. I personally think it is all mind games between them. At the club level, your right. I think at this level a certain level of sportsmanship on the track is expected.

Still the best race of the year by far, and I've been a Rossi fan for years. I've been a Stoner fan since I first saw him fight it out in 250 GP. Different riding styles, but both seem to work.

A smiling Rossi responded by patting Stoner on the back and saying "this is racing Casey."

"Oh this is racing?" replied Stoner. "Okay, we'll see..."

Next races, we know there will be some rough passing because is allowed now, maybe we even see JT at front now or closer to the front.
