I don't see it there, but I found this:

3 accused of using corpse head to smoke pot
By BRIAN ROGERS
Copyright 2008 Houston Chronicle

Two men and a juvenile are accused of digging up a corpse, decapitating the body and using the head to smoke marijuana, according to court documents.
Matthew Gonzalez and Kevin Jones have been charged with the misdemeanor offense of abuse of a corpse, said Scott Durfee, a spokesman for the Harris County District Attorneys Office.
According to documents filed in the case, Gonzalez, Jones and an unnamed juvenile on March 15 went to an Humble cemetery, dug up a man's grave, left with the head and turned it into a "bong."
Gonzalez told authorities about the incident Wednesday, and showed officers the defaced grave, including a 4-foot hole. Because of a heavy rain, officers were unable to determine whether the casket or the body had been disturbed.

Oh yeah, I read that. Here's an article about the Malibu Grand Prix murders:

http://www.baylor.edu/Lariat/news.ph...ry&story=11287

was found in an office. The three others were in the rest room.

'I laid awake that next night thinking about those people,' Mosier said.

'They put them in the stalls in the rest room and took one out each time and killed them. I kept thinking about the people inside waiting their turn and what horror it must have been. I'm not going to lie and say I don't want to live,' Ransom, in his first comments about the case, said last week from inside a cage at the Texas death row visiting area.

No one was ever killed at the one at 610 and I-10. There was not any Malibu GP on the southwest Freeway. The Malibu GP where the robbery and murders took place was the one up on I-45 North at about Shepherd. I recall the incident and all of the news coverage very well.

Apparently I didn't recall is as well as I thought. Discussions with a friend and some subsequent research today jolted my memory back into order. There was indeed a Malibu down on the SW Freeway and that is where the murders took place. It was located at the bend in 59 at Westpark. Apparently I was confusing the bend in 45 with the bend in 59. I hate it when people spread bad information, especially when it is me doing it! Sorry for the confusion, but at least I was correct in that it wasn't the one at 610.
