Problem with bike jerking- brakes

I have a problem with my 636 when I apply the front brakes it tends to jerk back and forth. I think it's the rotor maybe bent a little or could it be the master cylinder?
Thanks for the help!

does it feel like the pressure on the brakes is being released and grabbing again? miles on the bike and primary usage (stunt, street, backroads)?
