Well MUGEN makes bad honda engines overall, I am sure that they would do sick with a bike.. The only reason why it might be faster on the track is because the jackass riding it will be blinding all the other riders on the track. I bet its pricey too... kinda like a Mugen edition civic si that goes for 30k.
