Several factors contribute to fit, and often, it's not because of the bodywork, it's because of the bike

I'm not sure what issues you're having, but my guess is that you have some brackets or fairing stay that's tweaked. Very common.

Besides, if it doesn't fit well, Attack will get you a replacement free of charge.

Oh yeah, SMJ, if you have it at Tony's, you've got nothing to worry about

Doesn't have to have been crashed- sometimes it's assembly, sometimes it's from removal of bodywork, sometimes it's simply from use and vibration. It happens. If your bodywork fits well with OEM, but not with the Attack stuff, then likely something was adjusted to fit your OEM during assembly, OR, you got a mis-match set of bodywork (like they sent you '05 for an '03 bike), or more of a rarity you got a set that had a mold defect from Attack.

Send me some pics of your problems, I'll see if I can help out online or maybe we can hook up and get it in my shop.

Like I mentioned though, if it doesn't fit, Attack takes that bodywork back and sends you a set that does. Of course, I don't know how long you've had yours, and I'm sure if it's been for a while they may not be able to help out much or at all, but won't hurt to try
