Rider down maybe dead

I was riding down memerial towards downtown around 1130pm. I rode by a rider that went down. It was a black and white GXR. The police and everything were already there. I wasn't able to stop. But any info on the rider would be great and them he/she my prayers and best wishes are with them.

umm, i'd guess, until we hear otherwise, we're being optimistic and assuming that the rider lived, and offer our best wishes to them in a quick and full recovery.

i for one try to hold off on wishing someone RIP until they're no longer with us.
