i need someone to explain the diffrent types and
the advantages and disadvantages on both chains and sprockets

Modern chains are all o-ring chains; TBH put what the manufactorer recommends for a chain on the bike; no need to change to a 520 etc. What is the concern about sprockets? Sizing? when to replace?
