I'm the one who posted the warning about bikes being stolen in the sabo beltway fuqua area. This is getting pretty serious out here! I really do think we should contact the popos and get some kind of sting operation set up. I doubt it would be hard to do. HPD Auto Theft Division 713-308-3500 !!

I had mine stolen in feb and its a horrible feeling.....no word yet if they found anything. State Farm was awesome when it came to handling my claim. Its a bad situation but i got a new bike out of the deal!!

Sorry to hear about your lost.........not sure where you purchased your bike at but they should have at least told you about low-jack......It was the first thing i got; cost 8 bills but at that time wasn't a matter of money......it was my first bike and i wanted to keep it.

when you get your new bike go bigger and equip w/low-jack.

Sorry about that.. But on the flip side - time for a NEW bike!!!
I think someone had posted about a sting for the bike theives a year ago or so..Never happened for some reason.. Legality or something..I dont think you should post it that your going to *Joe Horn* someone. while setting them up in a sting...

i know some dumbasses that steal bikes in the southeast side of houston....

be in the look out for a black coloardo in 20s or a black silverdo on 20s they go around those neighbohood jacking ppls bikes....

I work in conroe.......alot of cruiser riders work at my comp. 2 of them have had their bikes stolen within one week from their homes

gulf fw & bw8/sabo

i live at one of the apts betwwen the gulf fw & sabo at bw8. there have been three bikes stolen from apts behind the amc30, and three from the apts across the street. don't know if it's true, but one of the bikes belonged to the security guard and allegedly he was on patrol when it was lifted...
