I've run them and run them at a pretty good clip and they never felt "greasy" as you put it even after numerous track days and quite a few street miles. The Ride Smart seems like a much more agressive tire than the2ct from what I've seen. +Why the heck would you want to run such a tire on the street? Seems like a waste to me especially for a budget minded rider. Not bashing stones at all. I run the 002's (pro or whatever they are called) btw.

BTW the #1 a$$hole spot was self proclaimed. So does is it really valid?
im resigning from that position, so u can take over from here u A-Hole

No hard feelings, BC. You're right, part of my post could be considered hear-say. I guess the point I was trying to get across was that maybe the BT002 Ride Smart could be another option for him to consider. That's what I was trying to get across. Don't get me wrong, the 2CT would be an outstanding tire for either purposes. I'm a die hard Pilot Power fan, they've saved my life several times I'm sure. I'm only jumping to BT002 Ride Smart to try and expand my experiences with different tire brands and compounds. The 2ct is on my small list of tires to try out. I've only heard that they sometimes get a little greasy on the outside (soft) patch after a long, hot day. Some experiences could be different I suppose.

Turning a new leaf Jody? I'm disappointed honestly.......
