Would that be Lindsay in Brittany Lakes on the GSXR (white/silver 600)? If so, she is my neighbor.

yeah I looked it up last nite when I got back.. I saw the 2 second rule. maybe this is so innovative that its in the new & improved version (dont have it in front of me but I think it was pg 13 if its importante')
OR maybe they left out the rest of the sentance in the manual.
follow 2 seconds behind... only when youre going 20.
you know what!!! I bet officer 2ton learned that stuff in his advanced class

I know at least 2 of us are using the same attorney but we all have different court dates, if thats not just precious. splits us up. Each cop wrote each of us a ticket

not ' cops.. ehem
(the pre-k frea-k might yell at me:)

OK. Let me walk you through this.

Nice

and

slow.

The manual is bound in the middle when printed.

That means they are printed in what is termed as "facing pages."

At the lower left and right (depending on if you are looking at a left or right side page) there is a page number.

The page number for the information she will need is 34.

But if you want an electronic page number, go to page 20.

Technically, the officer that witnesses the infraction is supposed to write the ticket. If you were out of their sight the then the ticket won't stand anyway. Doesn't mean an ADA won't try to push for some kind of "deal", that is their job. Make money for Houston. The cops won because even if you get completely off you've now spent money with a Houston attorney, been to court, and generally been discouraged from riding. That's why I ride alone. They are targeting groups . Period. Not as much fun as it used to be, but i still love to ride.

"let me tell ya sumpthin. Im a motorcycle cop and we take courses and learn to do thangs on bikes youll NEVER EVEN UNDERSTAND"...huh. someone PLEASE tell me what he's doing, Im on the edge of my seat
When he started in the other officers even walked away
sounds like the same one that pulled over me, mala, and steve.... he didn't show for court. fight it.

Fight it. I hope you win and you most likely will, but money will be spent so the city still wins to. The system is defiantly broken and any cop that says different is just wrong and has no brain cells to think on there own anyway. I have retired cop friends that say the same that was on the force for a long while. It’s all about money these days. The cops these days don’t care about people. They are hired to bring in revenue for the city, basically just sales man with a badge that get to lye about whatever to get you to spend money in the courts. If they cared about safety they would be patrolling the neighborhoods for thieves and hanging out at stop lights for car jackers, but that don’t pay and could get them killed. Like I said there are no real cops now days only sales guys. As you can tell I hate patrol officers to that right BS tickets like that.

alvin cops are bad. they have a high turn over here so that leads me to think they are all unhappy and we all know unhappy cops give bullshit tickets.

I can count the # of tickets I've recieved with 2 hands, and no none of em we're 'BS'. Riding smart, helps cut down on it quite a bit.

Wow, I wish I were you about a month ago.... The officers that pulled me over weren't so gracious.

This may be true, but they don't split one lane into 2 when determining following distance. The vehicle that is in front is the one that is next in line.
