Totalled Bikes... Where do they go?

Folks,
Where do bikes go when they are totaled? Auction or is there a bike wrecker yard?

They actually have some pretty decent looking ones that just need small repairs. From the looks of it of course

Before they made it to wrecker yard or dealers, it goes through insurance yard and sold to the highest bidder.

FAIL for all of you...

Everyone knows the totaled bikes end up on Ebay or Craigslist with Hong Kong plastics and the note :fell over in the driveway, only light scratches....

Great source for Salvage/wrecked bikes

Hey guys,I just found a web site (www.carfrom.us) by browsing around one day and it was really interesting. There are many salvage/totaled bikes and cars that may be repaired/or good to start a project or just to part out. They arent selling the cars actually, its more like, you tell them what you are willing to pay and they go to the auction and bid for you with your offer. Your not garunteed to win anything, but from they say your chances are high. Wouldnt hurt to try it if you are interested in something you like. As far as I know they may ship purchased vehicle from auction to to wherever you are.
no connection to me, just thought somebody might be interested.
