Stubbs has been verly helpful and after careful consideration I dont think it is stubbs fault the bike has been down this long But now I do beleive it is SUZUKI'S fault with there endless emails and the endless troubleshooting. So stubbs is not a bad shop. yall have all read there emails and they have always been more than helpful, but they can only do what Suzuki lets them
if you went with kawi or honda you would never even had a problem ... makes you wonder huh ?

Not quite sure about that...I have see in person and read/hear about similar horror stories like this with HONDA motorcycles, (but never with Kawasaki). Also anyone remember the infamous issue with the 2nd gear getting destroyed in the YAMAHA R6's some years ago..?? Was that issue fixed??

All bikes have their issues. Especially with the number of bikes sold.

I am glad to hear that you now agree that Stubbs isn't the issue. These things just take time sometimes. You just got the raw end of the deal.

Try to see if you can be present on the 23rd when the decision is made. Add your .02 in a respectful manner and try to get yourself a fresh bike.

okay I just got off the phone will Dell the service manager at stubbs 59. and he said weatherspoon (the southern general manager for stubbs) and the manager over the service department of the whole north America. and they think its the bolts and this peice of metal with teflon at the end that hole the cam chain guides in place. so they are going to replace that now and they are suppost to have my bike done by next friday..

What do yall think? do yall think it will fix the noise?

sorry, but I don't think that would solve the problem. How can a bolt cause a noise, unless the guide is wearing it out.

That what I thought the Chain guides have already been changed they are bran new. So I have no clue, but that is what they are saying is wrong. But I am with you I dont think that the bolt or that little peice of metal could cause the bike to make a noise
