Unfortunately they are trying to fix it but its still putting you out... doesn't help w your riding therapy but maybe u should at least get suzuki to pay for the months you are without it(notes) to start with(may not be alot but its the point.)

A warranty covers repairs or maintenance due to part failure. They are saying they dont see a failure henceforth not a warrantable issue. Depending on how many miles(sorry I forgot, I think it was posted back a few pages) make the dealer eat it; they can claim with Suzuki or absorb it. Still, it needs to be fixed and they admitted its abnormal. Get a loaner; nah demand a loaner or something; especially argueable if the mileage/time of purchase is low/short.

I would run the ever living sh*t outta that thing for the next two months....Let them tear it down and see how it looks, if it all looks good....then let it ride.....

BUT living with that tick/knock would be annoying so I would probably make sure it blows up before the two months is up.....tear it up really good so they have to replace the motor...cases and all..

Seriously, thats what I would do...

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

Im just gonna make a random statement, not a recommendation for anyone under any circumstance... no load engine revving creates a lot of damage on bearings since they dont have resistance(snaps down and up the cylinder) we do more engines do to that in manual cars then automatics.

Okay I talked to Dell again and he is having one of the service managers from suzuki come to stubbs on the 23rd and yes that puts me out of a bike for another month but he will be the one that decides if I get a new motor or a new bike. witch is fine with me either way I just want it fixed and fixed correctly. and it should be a on the sight decision wheather the motor will be replaced or a new bike. Stubbs has been verly helpful and after careful consideration I dont think it is stubbs fault the bike has been down this long But now I do beleive it is SUZUKI'S fault with there endless emails and the endless troubleshooting. So stubbs is not a bad shop. yall have all read there emails and they have always been more than helpful, but they can only do what Suzuki lets them

Most people dont realize that even dealerships are personally owned and operated w a contract for the manufactorer.

Im voting for a new bike and a new warranty

Okay i just got off the phone with the law firm and they said as long as they are trying to fix it they are doing everything legal. cause there is nothing in the warranty that says they have to have done in a certine amount of time and that there is nothing they can do. and the lemon law only applys to vehicles that are bought new and since I bought mine used and extended the warranty there is not alot I can but sit back and wait on suzuki.
