I'd venture to say the BT-002RS' would be a better choice for the street. They worked good for me on the track too my last day out!

Is that a trick question?

Asking the same question two different ways...?

I was thinking life of the tire, and heat cycles of the tire, along with optimal heat range of the tires.... I was swayed to the Ride Smart' a while back by Patrick and I feel this may have been some of the leading reasons.

My use was to be dual duty as track and street without warmers at the time.

they are probably going to be the bt002 "racing streets" which is a totally different tire than the pro's.

the racing streets are a good street tire.

i'm sure one of the sponsors could've gotten you that deal.

it's a great tire for the street rider who does occasional trackdays or spirited rides.

BT002 Ride Smart (racing street) is a street tire, it's a compromise for street and track use.

BT002 Pro is a full on race tire with compound choices. they grip a whole lot better, but with shorter life spans.
