i can tent camp if they allow it =) or we can figure something out w/ a trailer and truck?
yeah, I've inquired with Chasee what the cost is gonna be for a hitch on my little ol' Eclipse....at 28 mpg, I don't mind driving myself and hauling my own bike (all I have is a single rail trailer) and that's all my little car could pull anyhow. I need to check on available PTO with work too. I spent a week in Colorado and a week in Jamaica so my vaca may be used up....I'm gonna check today though. Maybe time off without pay?

If that doesnt work out, I will be driving my truck out there and would have plenty of room considering. Of course we could all split a hotel, gas ect. So still wouldnt be that much for this trip. I am figuring about 1K to do it all with splitting it all up. I think the round number I heard from last year was close to that for this trip split among the people last year that went.

Chasee says no hitches are available for old blue and I checked with HR and I only have 4 days of vaca left Not sure I'm gonna be able to pull this one off.

Depends on the organization.
Went last year with Sportbike Track Time. They would only let you bump up if they saw you were fast enough AND they had an open slot. If the next higher group was full then you were SOL.
