I have a hard time understanding the original post due to the horrible sentence structure and punctuation usage. Can someone clarify?

joe owner financed billy a bike. joe kept the title until billy paid the bike off. beofre billy paid joe all of his money, billy sold the bike to ghostrider and was suppoed to get him the title.

come to find out, billy still owes joe, so ghostrider is having a hard time getting the title.

so now, everybody is looking for billy.

I'd like to hear BOTH sides of the story before I jump on the bandwagon cause you don't exactly have the best feedback either.

still sounds fishy. a dealer gives the seller money without title in hand or dealer gets the title, but its in someone elses name.

Thumbs down

MESSAGE DENIED

I don't accept random flaming posts disrespecting anyone, from someone I don't know.

Sixshooter seemed like a decent person on my last (and first) group ride. He wrecked and busted up his knee pretty good - I wonder how (if) he has recuperated? Course he got tickets for several problems... maybe he's having financial problems, or maybe he's dead... does anyone know?

Would be a shame to dis all over someone who might have a reason for being absent...

Anyway - sounds like a screwy situation, and screwy complaint, a little... I don't know him personally, so maybe this is true, but to flame it on a board is not too cool.

If I post a request from the board to tell me about a person, maybe, but that would be a PM situation.

Gave him a call and left a voicemail about the thread. Hopefully he gets it so he can share his side of the story.

I've met Six a few times. Never came off as being shady at all. Seemed to be a nice guy through talking to him. I've also bought my bike from Ghostrider and it runs like a champ. I've seen him accommodate a lot of people for payments.

Hope you guys can get it straightened out..

Im gonna go on an keep the jerry show going....

I dont think he is a dealer. I think he buys low and tries to make a lil chingaling. Which is fine. Because if I am not mistaken, there is a fine for dealers that take bikes that aren't titled in the sellers name. Even if u have a signed application for title and signed title, it must be titled in your name or said dealer faces fines.
