Some drivers...

Just a rant.

On my way to work this morning. I was doing about 72-75 on my srad in the right lane. (Only two lanes on IH10 over here.) Had an eightteen wheeler directly to my left. So, I noticed this chevy truck kept riding my . I slowed down to about 70 so the big rig could get around faster and this jack would go around.

Fun fun. The chevy decides to pass me in the shoulder. So he's about 1/3 in my lane, and the rest in the shoulder. I say to myself " you mother er". So, I drop it two and I kinda look at him like, wtf are you doin. He thens proceeds to gun his 3 ton truck. Long story short, he never got around me. I flipped him off, he went around the left hand side.

Maybe I shouldn't have done this, but it royally me off.

Tim

Sometimes I let them get to me and flip them off. Not a good idea after I think about it later on. I try to keep a cool head but sometimes it is hard.

Had a similar experience on hwy-3 a few weeks ago. Feels great to increase your alertness in the sense that you know they could explode and do soemthing stupid with thier cage, but it is very very gratifying to not let them have thier way These idiots don't realize that it's not the same as to tailgate a car. It's extremely entertaining to look in your mirror to see someone already rantin and raving and highbeaming you after you just boxed them in, again...and again..knowing that they full well deserve it

had the same thing almost happend to me on 290 yesterday what a Pickup truck pulling a trailer I was in the lft lane about 80-85 this fool pulls right on my I can feel the heat from his engine ... I am thinking WTF.. so I slow it down to 65 the Speed limit and throw my left hand on the hip and that him off he tries to pass me on the shoulder ... no need to click down Busa has POWER everywhere ... so I twist the throttle a lil and he cain pass I stay just enough ahead so he cain pass me and 2 miles later this fool exits... some people ... just dont want to drive 80 in a 65 they want to drive 100 ... I was laughing so hard at him ... F*cking pickup ... trying to pass a Busa... never happend

If someone's going to be totally irrationally stupid, there's not much you can do about it - and you can justify slackin' back - you'll always lose in a bumper-cars episode, and it's better to have the idiot up in front, than right behind you... at least you can keep an eye on him...

Of course, if you have room to go on ahead, I think I'd do that, and get up and out of the way.... Time to carve up the cagers!

Good reason to have a camera on-the-ready, with a remote control for the video handy to record the behavior.

Bottom line : what an @SS!

That me off too. But I dont want to get in to it with a car because I will loose.

I hade some jackass following me then I let him by, then he slows down! After he passed he just drove slow the whole time.

Then I had some idiot less than 5 and to the left of me on a two way street. He made never tryed to pass and when I turned around and motioned for him to back off or pass he just kept on ridding my . I almost decided to kick his mirror off then haul.

I've notice a couple times on the freeway - some stupid driver gets all aggressive once I've approached and starts driving erratically trying to stay ahead of me for some reason... they're fine, and then suddenly not some times.

A couple times though, I've blipped it up a notch just to humiliate 'em and for some reason then they back off. LOL Pretty surprising to them I guess...

But somebody crazy? Just say no. Some bozo extended-cab long-bed, redneck big-a ss diesel truck (with the full front tree-basher on) was tailing me up Bauer (I think) or N. of 290 (one lane each way - and ditches to the sides) - he was so aggressively trying to get around me - for a while I just jumped it up, and he kept bringin it up at about 95+ - I let him pass me, and found he was racing the guy behind him! and they were haulin' . I could've pumped it up too, but for what? Of course he was an @SS - but after he was gone, it really didn't matter.... and I went back to my low-stress ride.

They probably don't know that it is LEGAL to ride a motorcycle on the HOV, so their way of 'teaching you' is to ride your .
